As a chemist with twenty years of experience at companies such as Johnson & Johnson and Sanofi, I am intimately familiar with cleanrooms. This includes understanding the opportunities and needs within the sector. Many companies, I noticed, lack the appropriate expertise in cleanroom cleaning and the cGMP  quality assurance system. At the same time, choosing to handle the cleaning in-house is often an unsound strategic decision. This led me to confidently step into the market gap. In no time, TRU emerged as a pioneer in critical cleaning, consultancy, and training—a leading position we aim to maintain.

Cleaning specialist

The enthusiasm of cleanroom cleaning specialist Souleiman is undeniable. The hardworking 27-year-old has been with TRU since December 2021 as a mobile cleaner. This means he works at various locations. No day is the same. Does he enjoy it? Let's hear it from him.

FROM ENTHUSIAST TO EXPERT

"Late last year, I stumbled upon a job opening on Facebook. I read that TRU was looking for a curious employee who enjoys a lot of variety in their job. I already had two years of experience as a cleaner, so that immediately caught my attention. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. A few weeks later, I received intensive training in cleanroom cleaning and learned the tricks of the trade. Now, I'm responsible for cleaning labs, and cleanrooms for various companies. I also get to tackle major cleaning projects."

"As a TRU mobile cleaner, I'm versatile. If a colleague is sick or extra help is needed somewhere, Souleiman to the rescue! This means I get to interact with people from different nationalities.
